AarohiComing soonInvitation only

The campaign after the call.

Most lead generation stops at the booked meeting. Aarohi is the other half: it reads the calls you already paid for, names the buyers who actually said yes, finds more of them, and puts ads in front of those people. Coming soon, and invitation only.

how it works

Your own calls are the targeting brief.

Aarohi does not rent an audience and hope the creative fits. It starts from the record you already own: who answered, who qualified, what they said, and what was true just before they said yes. That becomes the ICP, the lookalike and the ads. The ads return leads to the same line, and the new calls sharpen the next round.

The loop, drawn. A diagram of the method, not a product screen, and not a result.
  1. 01

    Read the record

Every disposition, transcript and WhatsApp reply from the calling side, joined to what your CRM already knows. Not a survey: the words people used when they said yes, and the moment just before they said it.

    Out312 conversations, 84 qualified, 17 visits

  2. 02

    Name the ICP in clauses

Who buys, what they run, and what had just happened when they picked up. Title and company size are the easy half. The trigger is the half that makes an ad worth stopping for.

    Out3 titles / 2 bands / 4 cities / 3 triggers

  3. 03

    Build the lookalike

The qualified and booked records become the seed. Anyone already in your CRM, opted out, or outside the market you can actually serve is removed before the audience exists. Hashed and matched, never the recordings.

    Out84 seeds, 18,400 matched, 6,400 after exclusions

  4. 04

Make the ads from the calls

Headlines are phrases buyers already used. Each test changes one variable, under a ceiling and a stop rule set before the spend starts. A person approves every claim, and the agent cannot lift the ceiling.

Out6 assets, one variable per test

  5. 05

    Feed the line

Every lead the ads produce enters the same queue: called, qualified, messaged, written back to the CRM. What the new calls teach goes into the next seed, so the audience and the creative both improve.

OutNew calls, same record, sharper next round

Illustrative loop. The figures in this section are a worked example from a twelve hundred lead file, not a client result.

the loop, worked

The record becomes targeting.

A worked example for a fit-out contractor selling to retail chains. The seed is the kind of file a PitchX campaign already produces. Every figure is illustrative, and no client is named because none is being described.

The ICP, in three clauses

  1. 01
    Who

Operations or expansion leads at retail chains running 20 to 200 stores.

  2. 02
    When

A store is opening, a floor is being refitted, or a deadline has already slipped once.

  3. 03
    What they say

“One date, one crew, one person to call.” The phrase repeats across the qualified calls.

The audience it produced

Seed
84 qualified and 17 booked, from 1,200 dialled
Lookalike
18,400 matched accounts on firmographics and signals
Removed
12,000 known, opted out or outside the serviceable market
Qualified
6,400 left after the rules the calls gave us
Delivered
Meta and Google custom audiences, refreshed weekly

The bar an ad lead has to clear

  • The ad promises only what the agent can qualify on the first call.
  • A new lead is dialled within minutes, in the language the ad was written in.
  • The qualifier asks the same three questions the ads were built from.
  • Wrong fit, existing customer and opted out are removed before a closer sees them.

Illustrative campaign sheet, not a client account. A real seed uses only data you have the right to contact, and the audience is built from that record alone.

the ads

Three ads, one variable apart.

The same buyer, three ways in: the trigger that makes them look, the objection that stops them, and the proof they ask for. Each specimen changes one variable, so the test says which one moved and which one brought leads that passed the first call.

Opening in six weeks?

The fit-out is still a WhatsApp thread. One crew, one quote, one date for the next store.

Ad 02Objection / Instagram · 4:5

Four vendors, four dates.

Flooring, electrical, carpentry and sign-off under one contract. One date, one person to call.

A test, set up honestly

Held constant

  • same audience
  • same placement
  • same body
  • same offer
  • same ceiling
One variable: the headline. Everything else is held, and a person approves both frames before the spend starts. A diagram of how a test is set, not a result.

Specimen ads for a hypothetical fit-out contractor. No results are claimed and no client work is shown.

the four jobs

Four jobs, one thread.

The call is the brief. Aarohi carries it into the work that follows, and every job leaves a record of who approved it.

Four overlapping print proofs on a dark table: a portrait, a strip of motion frames, a red painted form and a blank card, with a red pencil circle on the top proof and a brass loupe beside them.
01makes
A blank printed month grid pinned to a dark board, red dots on a dozen dates, a steel ruler, two proof cards and a pencil.
02publishes
Two stacked print cards beside a printed bar chart on dark paper, every bar under a hand-drawn red line, with a steel ruler and a red pencil.
03tests
A desk telephone face-down beside a fan of printed comment slips, three of them tied by red thread to one larger card with a pencil across it.
04answers

Four studies for the four jobs, made for this page. Not client work, and not a product screen.

01

Makes the work

Images, motion, copy

One call transcript becomes a key image, a six second cut, a caption and three reply drafts. Formats follow the channel that will carry them, not a template library.

02

Publishes on a calendar

Calendar, approvals

Posts land on a schedule you set, in the voice your team signed off. Anything that makes a claim waits for a person to approve it first.

03

Runs the paid test

Paid social, search

Small budgets, one variable at a time. The ceiling and the stop rule are set before spend starts, and the agent cannot raise either on its own.

04

Answers the room

Comments, DMs, handover

Comments and DMs get a first reply in minutes, in the language the comment arrived in. A real buying question goes to a human, with the thread attached.

the honest ledger

What exists, and what does not

Aarohi is a second product, not a relaunch of the first. The calling side is live today. The marketing side has to earn the same standard before it carries a client's money.

Running today

  • Voice agents that call, qualify and transfer
  • WhatsApp follow-ups that get read
  • CRM write-back on every disposition
  • Seventy-plus languages on one seat

Still in build

  • The image and motion engine
  • Publishing and comment handling at volume
  • Paid media execution on your ad accounts
  • A public release date

the guardrails

The rules it will run under

  1. 01A person approves every claim before it is published.
  2. 02The agent cannot raise a budget or remove a stop rule.
  3. 03Every asset keeps its prompt, its source and its approver on record.
  4. 04If the numbers are not there, it says so and stops the test.

invitation

Invitation only, and deliberately small.

Aarohi runs as a managed pilot, not a self-serve product. Every account needs its record audited, its ICP written from real calls, its audience checked, and a person on the approve button. That bounds how many can be open at once, so entry is by invitation, in small groups.

An invitation includes

  • A seed audit of the lead record you already own, including what has to be removed.
  • One ICP written in clauses, from your calls, not a persona template.
  • A lookalike built from that seed and checked against exclusions before it is uploaded.
  • One live test under a ceiling and a stop rule you approve.
  • A written readout either way, including the version where the numbers do not come.

What an invitation needs from you

  • A consented lead record with the right to contact it
  • Access to the ad account that will carry the test
  • One named person who can approve a claim
  • A source of truth for what you actually sell

Name, company and a work email. That is the whole request.

No list, no drip, no reselling. If Aarohi is wrong for your market, the reply will say so.

No release date, no price card, no waitlist counter. An invitation is a working session, and the pilot is scoped in that conversation.
